HP Tuners Global B ECM & TCM Unlock Service Instructions for The 2024+ Duramax

Module Removal Instructions

1. Open the hood on your truck and disconnect both batteries

2. Using a scraper, remove the TCM and unplug the connector

3. Remove the front half of the drivers side wheel liner by removing all 7 torx fasteners and the plastic retainer

4. Pull down the wheel well liner to get access to the ECM

5. Pull down on the red locking tabs then push/pull the arms back to release the ECM connectors

6. Remove the four 10mm nuts then remove the ECM

7. If you purchased an unlock service from us then you should have received an email with a shipping label to send the controllers to Hp Tuners

8.Once the controllers are back you will reinstall them in the reverse order and connect the batteries again

9. After the controllers are back in you will want to follow these reading & writing steps if you purchased tuning from us
