      #4 WRITING (PROGRAMMING) MODIFIED VEHICLE FILE WITH MY GENIUS DEVICE

      How to Program your modified file using the MyGenius device.

      • Connect the MyGenius device to the vehicle diagnostic port.
      • Select “WORK”.
      • Select "WRITE" and Follow on-screen prompts to flash the modified file onto your vehicle.

      BELOW IS AN EXAMPLE OF ONSCREEN PROMPTS. YOUR VEHICLE WILL LIKELY HAVE DIFFERENT ONSCREEN PROMPTS

       

      • Once the flash is complete follow the on-screen prompts to Key-off (Switch off) and unplug the MyGenius Device. 
      • Your Vehicle is programmed with the modified tune.
