Tractors must be returned to stock for all dealer visits.
If you know the manufacturer will be working on the tractor you must return it to stock beforehand. In almost every visit they will update the engine software and the tractor will require a retune. If you return to stock and reset the device properly, this retune is of no cost to you. However, if you fail to return the tractor to stock and it receives a dealer update, the Power Manager must receive a forced reset and will require an additional credit to retune. The fee for this service is $350 each time it is required.
Once the tractor is back to stock:
- Reset the Power Manager using the device's menu
- Plug into MyGeniusClient and complete all updates
- Read the new stock file and send it to ag@duramaxtuner.com with your original order number and desired uprates.
